Descriptive Report:

68 year old black male was presumed missing at 13:15 on 04/11/2020 from residence on Sweetwater Lane in Spring Valley. He suffers from Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes and hypertension. He was described as 6’ 1”, 165 pounds, bald, brown eyes and last seen wearing a black hat, blue sweater, blue jeans and dark shoes. SDSDSAR and SDMRT were activated at 14:01 on 04/11/2020. The Command Post, including mobile command, was established at the Sweetwater Lane Community Park, 1312 Sweetwater Lane, Spring Valley, CA 91977. As SAR/MRT personnel arrived they went through medical screening for Covid-19. While the operational planning was underway the subject was found at the residence of a family member. No teams were deployed. The callout was ended at 17:40 on 04/11/2020.
